  • Payments will be auto-renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • If payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified to update your payment details to avoid service interruption.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds are provided for purchases made at a discounted or promotional rate.
  • A 7-day refund is available only for full-price purchases, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the program or attended live training beyond orientation.
  • Refund requests must be made via email to support@boxtrucksolutionsmasterclass.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • If a subscription is canceled, users will lose access to all course content and community features.

All content, including text, images, graphics, videos, and course materials, is the property of BTS and is protected by copyright laws. You may not:
